Cook Quinoa according to package directions. Cook the sweet potato during this time as well.
Preheat oven to 355 degrees Fahrenheit
Add all of your ingredients to a food processor. Process until everything is broken down together
Take about half a cup of the mixture and form it into patties with your hands. This should make about eight
Place these on a baking sheet with parchment paper so they do not stick and place in the oven for 40 minutes. I turned mine over and baked for about 5 more minutes to get both sides crispy, but this is up to you.
Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings. I used vegan mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, caramelized onions, tomatoes, and avocados.

You can use whatever topping you would like. I haven’t tried this fried in the pan, but it seems like they may fall apart easily, so I would recommend baking.
