Put all of the ingredients for the sauce into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If it seems to liquidy add more tahini. If it seems to thick, add more water.
Taste sauce and add more garlic powder, salt, pepper, to your liking. Then transfer to a pot to warm on the stove.
Saute the kale
Drain the pasta and transfer back to the pot.
Add the sauce, kale, and kalamata olives to the pasta.
