Ingredients

cup
almond milk
Or milk of choice
1/2
cup
old-fashioned oats
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
1/2
tablespoon
cocoa powder
2
teaspoons
espresso powder
diluted
Instructions
Pour the milk, oats, and maple syrup into a pot on the stove and bring to a simmer.
Pour two teaspoons of espresso powder into a cup of hot water to dilute.
Simmer oats for five minutes. Stir consistently and remove from the stove.
Add in the cocoa powder and a teaspoon of the espresso water to start off with. You may want to add more espresso flavor, but that’s up to you.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!

-Remember to dilute your espresso powder or you may end up feeling like you are eating coffee.
