Barbecue Sauce
Put all ingredients into a medium sized sauce pan.
Allow to come to a simmer and stir constantly for about 8 minutes, or until all ingredients are combined
Pour sauce into a heat-safe container. I used a mason jar
Cauliflower Wings
Preheat oven to 450
Chop cauliflower into florets
Pour the almond milk in a medium-sized bowl and add the cauliflower
Mix all other flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a separate bowl
Prepare a greased baking sheet
Remove the cauliflower from the almond milk one at a time and roll in the flour mixture.
Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet and then place in over for 20 minutes
Once crispy turn over the cauliflower and place back in oven and broil on high for about 5 minutes or until beginning to brown.
Place the cauliflower in a bowl and pour as much barbecue sauce on as you’d like.
