I’m Tiffany, the owner and creator of this blog.
So why did I start this blog?
Growing up, the kitchen was always a safe place for me. However, I only fully got into cooking when I moved out on my own with my then fiance, now husband. I also learned pretty quickly the difference between eating frozen pizza for dinner and actually taking the time to prepare a homemade meal. Not only how easy it could be, but also how it made me feel physically and mentally.
The more I was in the kitchen the more I began to experiment with different ingredients. I was plant-based for nearly two years, and although I am no longer entirely plant-based, those two years opened my eyes up to so many more food possibilities and the importance of a whole foods diet.
Is this a food blog?
This entire blog is dedicated to food that nourishes the mind, body, and soul, hence my motto: Every bite counts!
You’ll find an array of different types of recipes, some more healthy than others (wink, wink). However along with recipes you can also find posts here and there about health and wellness or lifestyle pieces. I try to keep things pretty balanced and share things I think others will enjoy.
